Shipping policy

In-stock fan blades, hubs and accessories ordered by 1 pm Pacific (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Between 1 pm and 3 pm we can often still get your order on the truck — call or text (360) 661-0875 for urgent delivery. Orders placed after 3 pm, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Custom work takes longer. A simple blade trim can usually be done in about an hour. A complete fan that needs blades trimmed, a hub bored and drilled, and the assembly balanced takes a number of hours, so it may ship the next business day. If you need it by a certain date, contact us before ordering and we’ll tell you what we can do.

Choosing next-day shipping at checkout speeds up transit but doesn’t change our cutoff — an order placed after 3 pm still leaves the next business day.

When your order ships you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to become available.
